Pork Hedgerow Cigar

Pork, slow roasted apple, hazelnut, barberries and tarragon wrapped in brik pastry cooked golden with juniper and sauvignon blanc syrup.

Blackwood Ridge Reuben

Wagyu beef pastrami on whole grain blini with beetroot jam, sauerkraut, golden crumbed Swiss cheese with Russian dressing.

Steamed parsnip pudding with cinnamon, champagne soaked currants with creme anglaise, cardamon and honey ice cream.

Hazelnut Torte
